  • Im not sure if this is really possible but 2 weeks in, my colleague noticed yesterday and asked why was i so skinny ...im not...i have only lost 6.6 lbs. Then today, another colleague asked if i was loosing weight, which was really embarrassing for me. Can people really notice after so little weight loss?

  • So today I wore a size 18 pants to work and by the end of the day I had to literally hold the pants to keep them from falling off!!!! It was hilarious and fantastic at the same time...the scale has not been moving much but this gave me hope today.
  • Today my senior manager came to my office and she noticed I had lost weight......twice she mentioned how nicely I had lost weight.....with me not seeing much movement on the scale...it sure has made me happy today.

  • I'm not even close to goal weight. In fact the scale has not moved much since I toll the pic in black on 13th March 2017. I hope I'm not imagining the change.
  • I have not been seeing any movement on the scale so this morning I thought let me take a face picture and see. Am I imagining the change on my face? Pic in black was taken on the 13th of March and the the other one today. Do you see any change cos if there is a change then that would be a major NSV for me.
  • I love my coffee with lots of coffee creamer and I have 2-3 mugs per day so my mini goal is to cut down to 1 mug of coffee with creamer and having the rest black or have tea with lemon juice.

  • In January I bought some pants in a size 18 UK without trying them on. Got home and they refused to go up. Today, although I know not seeing much of a loss, I decided to try them on and they went up and even zip them up. They are a bit tight on the tummy but it have me so much zeal to continue!

  • Hi I am not a Muslim neither am I on Ramadan but I just happen to be fasting now breaking at 6pm. I have been loosing weight. Just out of curiosity, when do you weigh yourself and how much are you eating when you break?
  • I love my butt but it seems to be going. Good thing I started with SL5×5. I sure hope I can salvage the bit I have left. Hubby took a picture this morning just to prove that it's going. Man even had a before picture on his phone.
  • Wow. You all seem to be spending days at the gym. I now feel like I am not doing enough. For example, yesterday I did 20 minutes on the arc trainer at moderate resistance and then did 40 minutes strength and was out. Too little I know but I just don't want to spend too much time on cardio and I can only do so much lifting.

  • You look absolutely amazing in both pictures. i would kill to look like the before picture. I so know what you are going thru though, i have been on the same spot scale wise for longer than i care to recall. I hope that pictures will say what yours are clearly saying when i finally decde to take pics.
  • Hahahaha, got something like that from my man, he told me that he felt bones where he has never felt bones before, then went on to warn me not to loose anymore weight or else he is going to bring a fat girl home.........really????
