Hi all, I fell off the wagon a while back after loosing 19kg, I have gained 6 kg back and want to loose it again and then some. Any buddies 4o do this with? I am always logged on and we can motivate each other and hold each other accountable.

Lifting making me hungry
This may sound weird but ever since I started lifting my kind of heavy, I have been munching down like crazy. I don't over do it but I am logging at least 100-200 calories over. Anyone ever experienced this?

Eating back exercise calories
Dumb question, I know but I really need help.I know that in the days that I exercise I should eat back some of the exercise calories BUT I don't understand how I should split them between the main macro nutrients I.e carbs, fats and proteins. Anyone to help me or does the app automatically split them for me?

NSV-C25K
I downloaded the c25k months and months ago but just couldn't get to start. After deciding to go walking I found myself with an urge to try it out and I did, twice WITH 2x ankle weights on!!!! I feel super great about this and can't wait to get to it tomorrow.

Walking
Hi. I just want to know if anyone has seen progress in weightloss with just walking. I am a new mom and cant go to gym or running. The best I can do besides exercise dvd's is walking. I would like to know if this is any effective.

Calories vs macro nutrients
I have been going through my daily diaries and noted that although I am mostly under on my calories I find that I eat over some of the recommended macro nutrients.
