Eating back exercise calories

Dumb question, I know but I really need help.I know that in the days that I exercise I should eat back some of the exercise calories BUT I don't understand how I should split them between the main macro nutrients I.e carbs, fats and proteins. Anyone to help me or does the app automatically split them for me?

The macros readjust. Take a look at what your settings are before you exercise and then after you exercise.0
