from looking at these on the FDA website these are intended for obese adults with a high bmi. These would be available from a doctor but they would be means tested. the best "by over the counter diet pill that works is ALLI"

mcdonalds- try getting a happy meal.......... its portion controlled and chicken nuggets are the lowest calorie option of happy meal. at least you still have a treat :-) if not i tend to have a hot milky coffee with a meal, warm milk fills me up alot so i eat less xx

why dont you try one meal as a protien shake??? you can buy them most supermarkets, leven if its for a week you will have variety.

Get susan hepburns' book, its lilly allen's hypnotherapist (singer), i bought the book and cd from amazon for £2.50. it is very good you just listen to it everyday it takes 20 mins, the book is full with sucess stories. least you get a cheap trial xx

fill out ur diary a day before, its quicker and it makes you more inclined to eat it rather than eat something you know is bad. nothing worse than eating something then next day writing it in and its a zilllion of calories you dint have spare, it will get you down.

15 minuites of skipping - 222 calories 20 minuits on an exercise bike- 88 calories you can lose 310 of that 1200 in just 35 minutes!!!!! see........silver lining xxxxxx

1 pack of lard is the equivilent of 1/2 pound in weight. Every time you lose 1 pound buy 2 packs of lard and keep them in the kitchen in full view. Once you see the lard packs mount it will spur you on. think about where on your body that all came off?? makes you ponder. xxx

i want to be recognised again as "the skinny blonde" amongst my friends. im soooo happy everyone is doing it for vanity resons, my bf made me feel guilty when i said it was for my personal satisfaction rather than for my health. poo poo :-(

omg this has sooooooo happened to me!!! friday scales said i lost 5 lb, then this weekend went to bbq and had bread rolls now scales say i have not lost any weight!! was very upset after all my hard work, makes sense now...... bread is the enemy!!!!

im on 1200 and im 5'8 , i checked a website, cant remember which but you type in bmi and weight and height and it tells you how many caloires you can eat a day to get to your target weight. the more weight you lose the more u drop ur intake. 1200 is plenty if you eat fuller foods or low cal. i cant live without…
