I eat like you do - 5-ish small meals in a day. The difference is, I don't "schedule" mine - I don't give them times. I eat when I'm hungry, and I don't eat when I'm not. I end up eating 4-5 small meals in a day, every day.

If you go over your recommended daily calories, then yes. It really depends how well you plan. You need to incorporate the alcohol/night-out calories into your eating schedule.

Switch your workout time! That's way too early to work out if you don't get to sleep until after midnight. Sleep is essential for weight loss - and that means hours spent sleeping, which pills won't help you with. Ideal hours/night spent sleeping is between 7-8.

Hahaha... good one.

My "reward" I guess is basically to be able to look in the mirror and actually like what I see for once.

You can't really spot-reduce.. you have to just stick with your diet/exercise plan and your body will burn fat from wherever it likes. Patience is key. Sorry, hun.

A little bit of olive oil with virtually anything mixed into it to make it spread nicely is great. Here are some items I usualy use: - Avocado - Crushed kale - Crushed basil - Blended mushrooms

Maybe allow yourself to have a piece of dark chocolate instead of a cookie, if you're really craving something? It's better for you, and I personally find it more satisfying because it's rich.

I'm 18, 5'1, and 105lbs. I calculated how much I should be eating, and the calculator told me around 1800 calories. Your daily recommended intake should be around there as well, so I wouldn't worry. 1500 is great. If you're still worried about losing weight or you want to lose faster, just do more exercise to burn the…

I'm from WI! Cheese curds are irresistible. If they're deep-fried, though, I won't eat too many. I like them fresh.

- Doughnuts - Chocolate brownies - Oatmeal, peanut butter, or chocolate chip cookies if they dont have raisins - Coffee cakes and crumbles, etc. Put a bit of coconut on, though, and I won't touch it.

A few reasons: - It decreases your appetite because it takes up room in your stomach. - Sometimes when you feel hungry, you are actually thirsty. - Hydration is key to a healthy body. - It helps with endurance during exercise if you drink back what you sweat out.

Neither. It's calorie deficit. - It doesn't matter how much you eat as long as you exercise to burn off enough so that you are in caloric deficit. - It doesn't matter how much you exercise or don't exercise as long as you eat within your calorie allowance so that you are in deficit at the end of the day. Edit: Notice I…

No, I'm not vegan I'm vegetarian. I'll edit the first post and put eggs on there, too, since I eat those almost regularly (how could I forget?) I'm looking for other foods (that I could use in or as a meal) that are high in protein.

I'm just worried I still won't like what I see in the mirror.
