Calcium in my diet

I really need more calcium in my diet. Is there a way to get a significant amount of calcium in my diet without drinking a glass of milk or having cereal (with milk) every day?
Edit: I don't want to eat a lot of cheese, either, because I don't want to go over my daily fat allowance.
