honestly no my boyfriend doesn't and neither does his sister, but my my mom and sister does in ohio.

i'm the same way i was down to 152lbs. now i'm up to 169lbs. but my goal is 126lbs. it is hard.

i love the dvd, i workout barefooted, i have better balance.

please don't give up, walking is a great way to lose weight, just take one day at a time. that's all my sister likes to do,is walk. try reviving up your walking, like using very light weights, or get a friend to go walking with you or a family member. just don't give up.

when i get migraines i take naproxen and then lay down in a dark room with a wash cloth over my face or go to the chiopractor.

i know the feeling, my bf he likes to eat out alot and wants alot of very fattening foods. he loves his sweets too. i know it is very hard to lose weight. he won't support me what so ever and won't workout with me. i'm actually on this on my own, i've lost 66lbs. so far on my own, i still have 34lbs. to go and it's hard.…

yeah i can't wait, i've been in the160's for a year and just about two months. i was finally 160.4lbs. friday, so i'm hoping by next friday i would definitly be way in the 150's, i hope. but then i hope it don't take me forever to get out of 150's so i can see 140's and 130's and finally 126lbs.

i'm the same way, if i don't get any workouts i get upset and very frustrated. all i do think about working out and starting to plan my food a day ahead.

i know how you feel, i was like that when i was in school. i felt like that when i was out of school. until 2008 i met a wonderful man who brought life back into me. all i can say is take one day at a time see if your counselor can help you to get into some kind of a workout. there is a site on the computer call exercise…

i'm still here, i'm still working out, but my body is trying to get used to taking the pill, plus i have a real bad sore throat and i've been eating ice cream and drinking hot chocolate. i know i won't be making my christmas goal.
