Girl, give it time. I have lost alot of weight, and emotionally I still see the 340lb me. If your friend sees a difference then she probably does. Take that good compliment and use it as motivation. Keep it up.

I use KTape, I found it on amazon, my trainer told me about it and it really works on shin splints. I can still walk briskly whilst recovering and not be in pain. I usually change out between 3 mile jogs and 7 mile hikes with a 30lb pack on.

I was reading up on it and I dont see where it would keep track of that. That's why I didnt get one. It has accelerometers in it similiar to any new smartphone (android or iphone), so if it does, and you have a smart phone you could find an app I bet and save some $$$
