5'2", 24 years old. HW: 233 CW: 222 GW: 140ish. I usually waver between 210 and 220 lbs without changing anything. I haven't seen under 200 since High school (came thisclose with Weightwatchers a few years ago), but that's my short term goal.

I think recognizing your needs for exercise just like you need time to study, sleep or do other school things. I'm starting my last semester of grad school now, and I was slacking off on fitness/sleep/healthy eating for the past couple semesters. It's taken a big toll on my mental and physical health, especially with…

I use them as well, but just as a quick breakfast or on days at work when I don't get a lunch break but I need a drinkable meal. They're tasty with fresh strawberris and bananas, which increases my fruit, fiber, and protein intake while on the run. Two shakes a day is too much for me, but it's a great starting point for…

You were so pretty at your starting weight and you just got more and more beautiful as you got healthier. Very inspiring for those who are in it fr the health, but still want to look good :)

Total agree. Calories count the moment you swallow, so I count them. More often than not I actually splurged less than I think I did, so I can feel somewhat better. Either way, it's a learning experience so I can reduce the splurge next time or find something just as tasty but less fattening.

When I'm at the gym, I'm there so I can look cute outside of the gym. I don't have a problem with looking cute at the gym (as long as your main goal is working out), but sometimes being able to fit into old clothes you haven't worn in years is MUCH more satisfying. Zumba addict since last June. Except for during winter (I got super busy during the holidays), I've been going at least once a week pretty much since then. I took to Zumba like a fish to water, picking up the steps very very quickly. I even survived a Zumbathon! (2 hours straight of Zumba with 15 different instructors).…

lol, its definitely not starvation but you've gotta be creatively. it's day four, I've had pizza twice already but I have yet to go over on calories (including exercise calories). Mostly cut back on the mozzerella sticks and increased the carrot sticks and water, but I figure in time I won't crave the junk food as much.…
