that is such great news!!! clomid did not work for me either. been trying to concieve for10 yrs :( I have thought about my weight because Ive always fought being overweight. So thought i would try to lose. Lost5 so far. but really dont want to do the injections. And the fertility clinic is so expensive! So this is amazing…

ok after reading everyones thoughts, opinons, ideas.. i am even more confused. My math is perfectly fine, but Im confused on my plan now. My goal is 1200 calories. But burn average 400-500 w/ exercise. Should I eat back the 400-500 calories to maintain what I want to lose?? Ive heard both sides yes/no....

Thanks guys for the feedback!!!! Wasnt sure if it was just me,lol... but yes def a change!!! I had bowel issues to begin with , so with me the difference was noticable! Glad to know its normal!!!

Wow thank you everyone!!! Basically eat yogurt, eggs, chicken which I'm big on!!! Red meat doesn't agree with my stomach too well :( I will focus on the great ideas you guys have suggested!!! If anyone would like to add me please feel free!! I need all the advice I can get... As well as the motivation!!!

I know its only been a few days but I really feel great!!! I do the Power 90 in the day, and I add about a 20 - 30 min walk at night.. I really do get fulfilled more with eating small amounts 4-5 times a day!! its crazy.. :)
