Ok I know this may be personal but I'm wondering of starting a workout routine and counting calorie diet, is it normal to go to the bathroom ( number 2 ) more than you use to??

 If you have increased your fluid intake and fiber intake, most definitely.

I find that I don't have as good of bowel routines when I am slacking in my workouts... The muscle movement helps to stimulate the bowels...

As a side note... That's why in the hospital we now teach people to get up and move as soon as possible after surgery/illness... To avoid bowel issues
  • Extra fiber and water and protein do that, also when your working out you have a stronger core so its easier to pass stool.
  • Thanks guys for the feedback!!!! Wasnt sure if it was just me,lol... but yes def a change!!! I had bowel issues to begin with , so with me the difference was noticable! Glad to know its normal!!!
