Ok I know this may be personal but I'm wondering of starting a workout routine and counting calorie diet, is it normal to go to the bathroom ( number 2 ) more than you use to??

If you have increased your fluid intake and fiber intake, most definitely.0

I find that I don't have as good of bowel routines when I am slacking in my workouts... The muscle movement helps to stimulate the bowels...
As a side note... That's why in the hospital we now teach people to get up and move as soon as possible after surgery/illness... To avoid bowel issues0 -
Extra fiber and water and protein do that, also when your working out you have a stronger core so its easier to pass stool.0
