This thread is not what I thought it was going to be about (lol). I am shopping for strawberries, lemons, oranges, cucumber, ginger, mint leaves, fresh spinach, dorot frozen garlic cubes, bottled water, tilapia, mussells, shrimp, xylitol (natural sugar sub), community coffee, and chicken breast.

I have always preferred the "heated" yoga studios to standard yoga facilities. What I find with Yoga is an overall sense of wellbeing. I lose inches for some reason when I first start back, and I feel super flexible - I'm not sure how to explain it, but it's the same feeling I get after an adjustment at the chiropractor.…

I think it's a good idea to log supplements. Some (like fish oils) can be up to 30 calories - if you are taking them as suggested! I usually add mine to the "notes" section if there is not defined calorie count.

cute! if this counts..my vote is that we also get credit (and by credit, I mean - like a 3 pound weight loss per week) for all of the money we contribute to the food that we get to carry into the house and don't get to eat! LOL

They are great for portion control, but a huge draw-back is SODIUM! I have tried reducing my consumption to one pre-packaged meal a day; a protein shake for breakfast and for lunch I am eating salmon with a green veggie, along with brown rice or cous cous.
