Womens Vitamins??

I was wondering what vitamins are best to take. I am 22 & since losing weight i feel tired and dizzy all the time now. Thinking vitamins (and drinking more water) will help! I have seen a Dr. and probably have postral hypertension,have to see a cardiologist soon...Any suggestions on a good vitamin??

    My doctor recommended just a general multivitamin with iron every day. The extra iron really helped me with fatigue.

    Womans One A Day Metabolism has helped me, as I dont eat enough Iron in general, so this has seriously helped me out. In the evening, I can tell when I havent taken m vitamins because Im a million times more worn out.

    Water, water, WATER! People under-estimate the importance of this. And, yes, a multi-vitamin (I take Centrum chewables because I can't swallow large pills/vitamins) wouldn't hurt. Be sure you're taking in adequate calories,too.
