I personally just donated 3 garbage bags full of clothes! I figured no point keeping them I don't plan on ever gaining my weight back! I've kept a few pairs of jeans and a shirt just for motivation and to see how far I've come!

you have to make time, when I find myself making excuses for why I cant workout I just think about my mom, when I was a kid she used to work from 7am-7pm, come home from 4-5 on her own lunch break to cook dinner for me and my 3 other siblings, shed come home from work at 7:30, get us into bed, fix herself something to eat…

It took around 65 pounds before people really started to notice I was losing! But then again I started off at 325 pounds. If you're smaller people might notice after 8lbs, 10lbs,ect. :)

I just buy the low fat classico alfredo sauce. 45 calories per 1/4 cup. It is enough to cover a serving of pasta, but it's not going to be swimming in sauce either. Just the right amount!

Polar ft4, its like $85.00 on Amazon and it is good for tracking calories burned from cardio. I have one and it does me just well for a simple hrm. It's a pretty popular product for someone not wanting to spend their life savings on one!

no, you shouldn't count it as exercise, it is part of your normal daily activity. I have been a cashier/grocery bagger for 3 years so far and managed to stay fat for most of that time haha.

I had 2 egg whites on an english muffin with some low fat cheddar cheese,light mayo and ketchup! yummy.

On my rest days I try to get in at least a half hour to forty minute walk, not a power walk or anything just a nice leisurely walk! I just skip the exercise tapes on my rest day! How many rest days do you guys take a week? I take every Sunday!
