i buy the box of light brownie mix and you use one can of pumkin and thats it. bake as directed ! :) there soooo yummy and moist

the workout is insane! i agree. i told my boss that i need a wheelchair to move today! geez!! ooo i didnt know there was a group already thanks guys!! has anyone seen huge results from it?!!

yes i forgot to add that you use 3 tablespoons of water also and just the one can of pumpkin. its really good. with other flavors of cake i didnt think went with pumkin i use egg beaters and applesauce and that turns out great too! its almost more moist than the way you would regularly make cake mix.

i have had the exact same problem the past few weeks i called my doctor and they said it could be a thyroid problem but i doubt it! let me know what u find out

i use frozen peaches a peach or orange crystal light ice and water it taste awesome and since you use water its o grams of fat and very low cal.

im obsessed with chocolate and russel stovers has 100 cal sugar free choco. bars with 0 grams fat that are to die for!!

I dont count my veggies either. this may the wrong way going about it but i think about how veggies are alot better than eating mcdonalds , which i could have been eating instead. and i think about how many vitamins and nutrients im getting. plus since their good for you you can eat a good size portion so you are full and…
