Don't fall prey to the allure of the eating disorder- it can ruin your life. I'm speaking from experience. Design a meal plan with sufficient…

Maybe you can look into instant chocolate puddings. The sugar free varieties are pretty low in calories. I wish I liked sugar free products but I really hate the taste of aspartame! I often drink teas with cocoa in them, with a splash of milk; it satisfies my desire for a sweet mid afternoon or after dinner- without…

Me too :) just be careful that it doesn't pull out your fillings (if you have any!)

Adding protein (eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese etc) to my morning oatmeal keeps me plenty full until lunch time. Good luck! Hopefully your body is just adjusting to the changes and things will fall into a good feeling routine soon :)

I like making a "kugle" (savory loaf). It travels really well, making it perfect for lunches. One of my go-to recipes: Cooked brown rice Spinach, chopped Onions and mushrooms, diced and sautéed Eggs, beaten Salt and pepper Dill (optional) Sausage, diced (optional) Mix and bake in loaf pan over medium heat until set.

You should call your doctor and ask about foods to eat/ avoid. In the meanwhile, stick to wholesome, simple foods. Nothing fried or spicy. My brother has colitis and some of his main foods are oatmeal, applesauce, avocado, eggs, plain yogurt. It might be good to eat many small meals throughout the day, rather than 3 big…

I eat both- together!!

Wow, I think the person above is being deliberately obtuse. Considering the rampant bigotry in this country right now, I think it's nice of you to want to show support. One week will not have a lasting effect on your body. Just make sure to eat lots of wholesome foods in the evening and try to avoid fried foods or anything…

I just started experimenting with using date sugar in baking- substituting 1 for 1. So far with success, although it can have a slightly grainy texture in some recipes. It has a third less calories than regular sugar, have lots of nutrients and has a low glycemic-index, so it doesn't spike the blood sugar :)

Calories aside, regular soda is really bad for your teeth. My father ruined his teeth drinking coke as a boy! In general, it is one of those foods that uses up a lot of calories without supplying nutrients or filling you up. But that's just my 2 cents :)

Trader Joe's sells a light feta cheese that is 5g protein and 40 cal per ounce. Best of all, it's delicious (unlike a lot of low fat cheeses) and costs $2.99 for 8 oz. :)
