  • Oh Lord! That would be bad! I just ate at a local Mexican place and spent 1500 calories on one meal!! Bad bad move!! I feel miserable and guilty!! Back on track ASAP or I'll never get this stupid weight off!

  • Thanks for your help. At 43 years old, I'm finding it hard to lose weight so I'm afraid of eating too much. I've been known to eat over 3000 calories a day on most given days before starting MFP on Monday. Just trying to get my body figured out so I can get this weight off!
