  • I have done this and it definitely helped me lose some pounds! It laso helped me feel way less bloated! IT's very tough because you definitely crave the sugar, but just keep drinking the water and you'll be too full anyway! I had to think of it like this: it is not giving me any nutritional value at all, so it's just empty…
