Is it taking them off because you haven't done enough steps? If your fitbit is set to do negative calories too then if you are doing less steps than your activity level on MFP it will take them off.

I drank a milkshake at MOD Pizza yesterday and it was 900 calories :( So gutted when I realised! But it was yummy so... I'll work it off I guess.

I wanted to ask this but I've just been telling myself it's normal! I'm glad you started this thread as it has just reinforced that :D I started Stronglifts 5x5 3 weeks ago and the scale is gradually going up... My muscles aren't screaming or hurting but I assume they are still retaining water despite this. I'm hoping the…

All my details are updated in it yeah :/ Not sure whether I actually burned this much or not!

Thanks for all the advice. I don't have a bench because I don't really have anywhere to put one! I live in a 1 bed apartment. It may be an option for when I move in a few months though. I think I'll go with the floor press and just do that instead of the bench press! I've seen a few dumbbell workouts that don't seem to…

As a poor student, I work out at home using DVDs I've stolen from my mum and fitnessblender on youtube :) Feel free to add me, I need friends that encourage and motivate.

Trust me, there are several times during that hour that I want to stop. However, I try to power through! I tell myself that if ive done x amount already, i can do the rest of the video. I do HIIT which is 20 secs on, 10 secs off for about an hour.

I burn roughly 600 in an hour hiit session.

Fitnessblender on YouTube has tons of great cardio/hiit/body weight workouts. I love their kickboxing ones.

It'll just be the amount that they deem their personal min/max. So they aim to eat at least 1200 and maximum 1800 for example.

I'm 5"6' and a half, so close enough right?

I have like 15lb left to lose.... but I haven't lost anything for the past 3 months. This week I've started to get strict on my calories and resumed exercising. I hope I'll lose SOMETHING in the next 3 months.

Just because you haven't lost anything off your waist it doesn't mean you haven't lost anything anywhere else!

Level 2 Day 2, day 3 tomorrow! Had two rest days so far. No loss yet though :/
-
Your muscles retain water whilst they are repairing. Because you have no rest days its pretty common not to see any actual weight loss until much later on (or even a few days after you've finished!).
-
Day 7 today... Getting very bored of Level 1. Pushing myself through it everyday because I know if I take a day off I'll get used to it and one will turn into another and another.

I've lost nearly 2 stone and still kept the 36D's. They just look nicer and perkier! :)

I'm still wearing mine! :blushing: They're a size 14 (UK) and I'm now a size 12 (UK) but they still look pretty lose! I can't afford new ones yet :frown: the downsides of student life...

New holiday clothes! If I can ever break this plateau :(

Started out using 1.5 in level 1 and upped them to 2.5 in level 2, they're definitely heavy enough!
-
Update: Did level 2 today for the first time since last Thursday! Me and my housemates moviated each other so it was much better doing it with people :) We're also going for a run tomorrow morning. Feeling good! Thanks guys :)

Jillain does tell her off for in in Level 2 though! Pushing her fully into the push up position and telling her off for coming out of the squat. At least it shows that they're human and this workout is bloody tough!
