Second measurement

Took my second neck, waist and hips measurement today, 3 weeks after the last.

However I got discouraged after taking the first two because neck and waist were the exact same circumference measurement as they were 3 weeks ago. Since that time I have lost at least 4kg. But where the heck is the weight disappearing from if not at the very least my waist?
I have lost 14.5kg since I started all of this and although I do not have my original measurements from day 1 I find it odd that I dont feel any smaller at all, my shirts do not fit any better either then they did day 1. In fact I simply do not feel smaller in any way, shape or form, and the only thing I have noticed at all is my arms getting bigger and more toned, nothing smaller.
I don't get it, and this feels like a kick in the guts after all the hard work I have put in. Have deliberately gone out of my way to eat smaller meals, stay way below my recommended kilojoule intake, drinking more water then I have in my life and sweated more then I ever have and nothing, not even a single centimetre smaller.

Simply put, either I am an idiot, or I am 3cm wider now at the waist then I was when I first weighed in and got my training plan at the gym, 3cm wider but 9kg lighter. How is that even possible?

You don't lose in the places you want to. Also if you have a lot of weight to lose it takes a long time to notice any change. My neck hasn't changed since I started over a year ago. Thighs have only lost 2 inches but the fat was replaced with muscle. Things change over time not just 3 weeks.

My first measurements were taken on the 5th of August, 118cm for my waist and 119 kg, last night I measured 121cm for my waist and 110kg. Am I really sweating to get fatter? Have gone out of my way this week to eat "below the line" on my kilojoule counter but just seem to get bigger. My stomach is the only thing holding me back from fully participating in the classes I do and even busting my *kitten* I cant even lose a millimetre on it :(
