I tend to sweat as soon as I stop. I can go an hour on the treadmill at a steady pace and not sweat then I stop and boom drenched. I honestly don't obsess over the whole exercise calorie thing. I exercise because it makes me feel good and it is good for my heart, lungs, bones, and muscles. Yup NSV. I have had to buy new pants for a while but my shirts were fine then all the sudden the weight started shifting up top and this is exactly what happened to me. My tops where getting more low cut :noway: and longer because there isn't as much fat to hold them up :blushing: . Good job! :smile:

Ok that's all well and good, and awesome that you can do that, but not really useful for someone just starting out. If I tried to do that I would fail miserably and give up and not do them. How did you start? Most people can not just do 400+ crunches etc etc etc. Telling some one just starting out to do that high a number…

Having only ten pounds to lose you should aim to lose no more than .5 lb per week. You should also eat back some of your exercise calories if you are eating at such a low amoun to begin with. Good luck

I never wear headphones when I run on the road. I vary when I run day and time,that is for safety and because for me I exercise when it fits into my day. I like Maple Grove Farm brand they have many sugar free and fat free versions that taste great. I like their balsamics and their greeks far. I try to buy a new flavor each time I run out. Almost time for a new bottle ;)
