I totally understand the lazy habit! I do the same thing. I ask my husband and my kids to hand me things, or grab that for me please. The pillsbury pizza dough is my favorite, sprinkle some corn meal on the bottom of the pan since that is what they use. I like crown and diet coke, rum and diet coke (or pepsi!) and tequilla and club soda with lime. Those are my go to drinks. Or you can just stick with beer (in a bottle so you can keep track of how much!) Have fun!!! :smile:

I have zumba for the wii too, and just dance 2, so those are my cardio! The zumba kicks my butt! lol! It is the challenge one, with the blue cover, the newer one I guess.

Thanks everyone! I think I will just skip it. I have been doing pretty good on my own, and I really don't want to mess up my stomach. I will just be extra aware of my sodium intake.

Just to beat this bloat. You take the drink in between meals, but you stay away from sugar, caffeine, protein.... Eat lots of fruits, veggies, clear soups ( I am guessing like chicken soup) jello, water, tea...... for 48 hours. I don't plan on doing this for a long time.

skinny girl margaritas!! They are only around 100 calories and they are soooo good! I make mine with light tequila, club soda or tonic water and fresh lime juice! The skinny girl one has agave and triple sec in it. They are my favorite! :drinker:
