Wii Biggest Loser Challenge

Hey! I was thinkin about getting this today and was just wondering if anyone has had good results with it? I have been doing the same thing for the last month and a half and I feel like I am at a stand still in my weight loss. So I want to switch things up. Thanks:smile:

  • I bought it about three months ago. Its fun but can get into a routine. I would get it if your going to do cardio along with it. Good luck!!!

    I have a wii biggest looser game (yellow cover?) and I LOVE it! I've only been using it for a week or so in between my EA 2 and gym sessions and even on a light workout it makes me sweat (but then my fitness levels are pretty low!!)

    You can start a programme or chose your own plan depending on what you want to work...

    Sometimes it doesn't pick up on my movements but I use a HRM and so even if the game doesn't know i've done it, I do!

    Give it a go! It's can't hurt!

    I have zumba for the wii too, and just dance 2, so those are my cardio! The zumba kicks my butt! lol! It is the challenge one, with the blue cover, the newer one I guess.

    the Zumba game isn't released in the UK until the 25th March - I'll be buying that as soon as it comes out! Can't decide whether to get it on the wii or the PS3 though...
