So proud of myself! I defined late night snacking as 10pm and beyond. It's SUCH a habit. Day one was a snack at 9:30--and that was it! Then days -2 and 3--the last bite of the night--- was 7:30pm Yaaay! ME-3 LNS-0

I am happy to be in a run challenge! It is my dream to one day run 5 miles a day. My recorded mileage will include warms-ups cool-downs, walks and running. My goal for for the rest of January is 15 miles. That will be one mile a day.

Yeah, that's the thing. TIME. Besides being super busy, on-the-go all the time, crazy schedules, I have manual spiralizers but because it's so time-consuming to use--I almost never use them unless for a special occasion.
