Yeah that's what I was thinking. An easy comfortable pace for the half.

Yoga is different than running. Its comparing apples and oranges. You need to run or have some cardiovascular exercise that is going to workout your heart or you risk a lot of heart problems. Yoga is amazing for your mental health and joints. I do both but if I had to give up one it'd be yoga.

Did you remember to get a good stretch in after the race? Its really easy to forget to do that with the crowds and everything going on.

I don't see the difference in the natural products really. I use like a teaspoon of agave in my coffee and that's it. If honey or a natural sugar does it for it then great. But I wouldn't suggest using the sweeteners that have a ton of ingredients. From my cupboard: Agave Nectar Ingredients - Agave Nectar Sugar Ingredients…

I did a half in Vibrams. It was nice. I did find that when I did multiple long mileage runs in a week my feet would hurt but I think that's just because I've run in regular shoes for so long. I did a marathon in my Merrells and that was ok too. I ended hurting my knee a bit but it wasn't due to the shoes (well kind of).…

I tried to do it and I got burned out. I ended up dropping the P90X to focus on training for the marathon that I did last October. I'm currently trying to figure out different options with running as my main form of exercise and including some upper body workouts, yoga, and possibly biking to compliment my running instead…

You're awesome!

Its just something that happens. I sweat what would seem an inhuman amount. I just bought a Halo Headband and kept on running. I may look like a nut but I don't workout to look good during the workouts.

Soups usually have a ton of sodium in them. I've pretty much given up on ever having soup again. The crock pot is a great idea though. Now to just find some recipes for it. Does anyone have experience with my calorie issue?

I look at recipes online for different meals. The Beachbody DVDs have meal plans with them and each meal is close to 1000mg of sodium almost. I've made the switch to No Salt, the potassium salt substitute. It tastes horrible but whatever, I only use it if I have to. The problem is the cooking for myself. I go to school…

Nice job man! This is my exact goal as well. Thanks for the motivation.

Please find out the recipe for the Chipotle hot sauce. That stuff is amazing! Thanks for these though. They'll be put to good use.

This may sound pretty stupid but my fiance gave me one of those plastic cups that has a straw. I just don't let that leave my side all day long. If I want a drink then I drink from that. Basically all I drink is water, milk, coffee, and a beer every now and again. The stupid part is that I've found that I drink a ton more…

Lovely. Thank you.

Name of the app please. I would love this! The Zombie Survival Guide says to make sure that you have a bike handy. Everyone better start riding.
