When I went back to school full time, I took a workout class. It was just an open gym class, where I could show up whenever it worked for me, but I HAD to average 3 workouts a week. For a grade! I'm a bit nuts about my GPA, so an A+ was mandatory for me. That helped me get in the habit. Good luck! - Lisa

Those frozen meals are not the best option, thats for sure!!!! They are full of sodium and preservatives. They never helped me in my weight loss. Better to stick with "clean foods". Congrats on breaking the plateau!! What a great feeling!!! - Lisa

There are TONS of exercise games for the Wii. Depends on what you like. If you like dance type workouts there is Just Dance and Zumba. I tried running and couldn't due to a bad knee. I then started bicycling and my knee is WAY better now! So, just a tip, if the knee gives you trouble add some bicycling to the mix and it may help. Good luck! - Lisa

I have never been a fish fan before. But, I've been buying the already encrusted Tilapa from the store in the frozen foods. Just place on a cookie sheet and bake. It's yummy! Bright green pee is caused by: Excess of B vitamins, commonly from supplements with very high levels of B-group. It's harmless and should sort itself out. Drink plenty of water.

My doctors are trying to figure out my thyroid problem. So, I'm sorry to say I can't be any help as far as advice at the point. But, I can certainly understand your frustration and be willing to be supportive. Just aim at eating healthy and exercising and pray the doctors can figure out how to fix the thyroid issue.
