rubbing thighs

Anyone have current tips on taking the fire out of rubbing thighs:explode: ? I was walking and realized the two are rubbing together:embarassed: Is it time for a thigh master or something?Maybe someone can recommend a specific exercise so i can lose some inches in my thighes...

    You will lose around your thighs as you tone up. In the mean time, there are chafing creams available to take the pain out of rubbing thighs.

    That and baby powder or gold bond help with chafing!

    I make sure I'm wearing snug leggings when I work out, so the cloth rubs and not my skin. Never tried any creams or powders, seems like it would mix with sweat and get all sticky and clumpy.

    LOL! I just was complaining about that a few days ago when I was doing some Zumba moves. I have seen some runner friends rub something that looks like a deoderant stick on their legs...I think guys use it around the ummm...nipple area...:blushing:
    Maybe check in a store that specializes in running or maybe someone here will know what it actually is.

  • I second the body glide. You can put it anywhere you chafe. You can get it at any sporting goods store.
