  • First of all, congrats on the 20 lbs!! Have you gone into the MFP calculator to figure out what your calorie count is if you're just maintaining weight? If you haven't, I would recommend doing that before your trip. Don't go with the idea you're going to lose weight while you're there, but also dont plan to just go crazy…

  • LOVE her recipes. Have made several things, and haven't been disappointed yet. Thanks for posting the picture! Just made her Brownie Muffins over the weekend and they are yummy! Only 2 ingredients- Devils Food cake mix and Pumpkin. Also made the bananas foster a few weeks ago and it was great too.

  • Thanks Cbowgren. The only thing is that I didn't change my goal, MFP did. I went in and changed it back to 1.5 lbs per week and now I'm back to 1200 calories. Why would it automatically change it?
