  • Hi I just wanted to say keep in touch with this very supportive forum... I'm sure there are so many people who can relate to what you're saying. I agree with the comment that stressing makes it much harder and maybe that stress is the first thing to deal with. I do think that exercise is the key, but thats just my own…
  • hey don't let the motivation slip... you have to be consistent, maybe a little obsessed. For me the motivation got a boost when my old favorite clothes started fitting again... later i went down a shirt size. Feels so much better. Actually feel I have some control now.

  • Hey, hang in there. It does work, but it is slow... I'm a novice to this as well, but I'm sure the other post about not eating enough and drinking plenty of water is right. I've been doing this for 4 months or so and I'm trying not to watch the scales too much - instead I want to re-calibrate my eating and exercise habits…

  • Hi Matt - just take your time. I've been doing this for 3 months and have really noticed the change.... but I don't beat myself up if I have a bad day. I agree with the post below - be honest with yourself, thats the only way you'll take control All the best
