Brilliant, thanks! Was going to get a dominos with my girlfriend tonight but a slice has at least over 250 calories in it I have found out! I have 1400 calories left today, would feel bad for eating it even though I could probably get away with it.

Thanks very much for the replies! That has made me feel a whole lot better, nice to know I can treat myself every so often :) How do you people count calories in a takeaway? Do you estimate what it might be or? Because the stuff I would have wouldn't be on My Fitness Pal.

I haven't started logging my food just yet, I will be starting that next week but MFP has set me a target of 1750 calories, I'm guessing what I eat is under that? On a weekend I have a treat and usually have a takeaway as I've been so good in the week. Thanks for the replies.

Thanks for the replies. What would you all suggest I add to this then? Some meat? Some salad? I never know when I add to much you see.

I'm allowed 1540 calories a day but always seem to be coming short by about 400-500 calories.
