Is This A Healthy Diet?
Hi, loving the forums and app! Just wondering for the past couple weeks my diet has consisted of : BREAKFAST Special K cereal or Porridge LUNCH Poached egg on toast and a clementine. DINNER Grilled chicken with veg or salad SNACKS Fruit and a bowl of Special K. Would you say this is a healthy diet? Thanks.

Is This A Healthy Lunch?
I'm pretty new to this healthy eating thing so I don't really know what's healthy and not, for my lunch the past couple of days I've had Light Philidelphia on two slices of Granary toast. Would you say that's healthy? I need to know if that's ok or to change it around a bit. Cheers.

Going Under Calories...
Just a quick question, will you lose more weight if you er your full amount of calories or if you are short by about 300? I never end up eating all mine, should I start? Cheers.

Don't Quite Understand It
I've been logging my food intake the last 3 days and each day I've had like 500 calories or more left over, I do run 5 times a week so obviously my suggested calorie intake goes up, tonight for example I have over 1000 calories left!! Maybe I'm not eating enough? Can them calories be used up by anything like crisps, junk…
