Going Under Calories...

Just a quick question, will you lose more weight if you er your full amount of calories or if you are short by about 300? I never end up eating all mine, should I start?

I've only been on for a few weeks but I've been steadily losing and I'm eating within 100 calories of what the system tells me to eat.0

I'm allowed 1540 calories a day but always seem to be coming short by about 400-500 calories.0

i'm always under my calorie goal and it seems to work for me0

I try to have at least 1300 cals a day. It's not often I am under my cals but I'd recommend to at least have your recommended daily allowance x0

I dont meet my calorie count either. Its all good.0
