I have almost all the JMs DVDs and my favs are 6 week 6 pack, Shred-it with Weights, No More Trouble Zones and Fat Blast Metabolism Boost. They all start out slower and build toward the end. The first 2 DVDs I mentioned are 25-30 min and the last 2 are 45-50 minutes.

Jillian has a Vanilla Whey protein shake, 100 calories per serving. I read about it and Whey is better than Soy protein for workouts. You can buy it @ Walmart for about $10.00. It says right on the container to use immediately after a workout.
