1813 + 400 from Friday and 200 from Hiit 20 yesterday brings me to 2413ish. I'm game for 2500!

901 from Monday and Tuesday, rested Wednesday, 409 from Thursday and 503 from today brings me to 1813!

I'm only at about 1700 right now. =[ I'll hit 2000 for sure, but that's 1000 lower than what my goal was. Whoops. I'll try again next week!

Today is my rest day and I'm taking full advantage. It's also day 3 of my three day shakeology cleanse so my energy is minimal, so it worked out great! I did do a bunch of cleaning around the house for about 245 calories which brings me to 1221 with 1779 to crush in the next 3 days, I'm thinking I'm going to fall short.

Day 1 - Last day of vacation, skipped the workout. Day 2 - 513 Day 3 - 465 So far - 978 Strictly from working out. I'm also on my feet for 6.5 hours at work everyday so that burns too!

I've never really paid attention to my weekly burn so this should be fun! Yesterday I traded my workout for the Rockies/Pirates game and some nachos so I'm a little behind. I figure about 400 a day doing turbo, over 6 days is 2400. So I'll shoot for 3000!

I'm terrible at meal planning. It's hard to cook for one, especially when you work different hours every day and aren't sure what kind of time you'll have to prep/eat.

So far today I've had my shake for breakfast and some of my left over chinese that we got at sara's last night. Still up on the menu are a luna bar, strawberry/kiwi/blackberry salad, and something for dinner tbd.

Apparently I'm an idiot and can't do math. 147.6- 3 = 144.6 and I'm below that at 143.8! Hah.... Yay me! Good luck to everyone else on these last three days!

I usually say screw it. Like today I worked 8:30-1:30 and then I work 4-10:30ish. I'm exhausted so my planned workout didn't happen between jobs. Sometimes you just need a day off. I'm glad I ran on my "rest day" yesterday so I don't feel so bad about not making turbo happen in the last hour.

I'm not right now because it's hard to eat anything at sara's let alone real meals that are good for you. Even when I bring things with my I find myelf not having enough time to eat it. Apparently I need to be eating a little more but I'm not about forcing myself to eat if I'm not hungry.

I rocked my first 4 weeks of turbo! Down 5 inches and about 6 pounds, hello muscle! I didn't hit my 20 pound mark though, but that's okay! I'm not going to let it bring me down.

I'm at one now. My body seems to love weighing 147.9. I fluctuate throughout the week but this is the number I seem to be seeing the most. And it makes me sad. I'm open to any advice too!!

I can do 10 real pushups before my form goes. More if I'm on my knees.

Ehh, I haven't lost any weight yet but I am going hard to the max with turbo! I wish I was able to make it to class at the Y. October can't come soon enough!

Tomorrow starts my 4th week of turbofire. I want to own it this week to get maximum results for my 30 days! It would also be awesome to hit the 20 pound mark by next Sunday!
