Strength/ weight training is #1 in my book! Spent years on a freakin treadmill- no good. Started w/weights, down 61# and 50ish inches and from a 28 to a 16 in jeans. Changes your body composition big time!

Are all your workouts cardio based? Do you strength train at all? Lifting weights, using body weight exercises (pushups, pullups, burpees) could help you break thru. Seriously! I regularly do a 2-3 day water fast. It s a great way to rest your liver and allow it to catch up on its work load. It also resets your appetite and can decrease your taste for carbs and sweets. If you dont think water fasting is your thing- juice, fruit or any mono- food fast will do. Good Luck!
