Hey, B@H, the big thing about weight around your midsection (or, as I call it, "Male Pattern Weight Gain") is that it won't come off just by working your core. You need to burn it off with full-body exercise, I know from experience.

THIS. HA! I think that the munchies depends on your reaction to the drug. I do get snacky when I smoke, but I do when I drink, too... I think that helping you sleep better is almost a fair trade, though, if you limit the sugar.

Assuming you mean "I can't not eat," that's a really common problem. Try keeping track of your food here with the food tracker. You'll be suprised at just how much you can eat and still achieve your goals.
