Depression Episode

Having a depression episode. I have no idea what brought it on but I'm terrified I'm going to turn to food like I use to in the past. My depression has gotten so much better since I started loosing weight, especially the past month with my new workout regiment. However today... today I just want to go home and crawl into bed. This isn't a topic I can talk about with very many people. I need some support and someone to talk me off the cliff so to speak...

    I have depression as well. I really know how it feels to come up out of depression with diet and exercise.

    I suggest the same thing for you that I do for myself. If you feel a really major episode coming on, and you don't think you'll be motivated- don't fall for it. It's your body chemistry warning you that something bad is coming, so don't let that go to waste. Stay hungry- seriously, stay hungry- and have some tea.

    Meditate. If it helps, exercise or do yoga, and THEN meditate.
