You're gonna hate this answer.. but you need to be PATIENT! We all want results NOW otherwise we figure what we're doing isn't working. Give your body a chance to react to what you're putting it through. Stick to the workout program you have! If you say you are coming in under your target calorie intake then the weight has…

The key is to get to your target heart rate, whatever that might be. If you can maintain that for an hour then by all means stay on the elliptical. More time spend in the fat loss beats per minute the better results you will see

Stick with good ol plain water :) Crystal Light has aspartame which is an artificial sweetner... 200 times more sweet than regular table sugar!! Hearing things out there that this stuff can cause cancer.. but then again what can't (Cell phones, microwaves, etc) lol but I would try and stay away from anything artificial…

Workout routine? How long have you been on this particular diet? Most people believe a big difference is required to start seeing results again.. Not true. Just tweak a little here and there. Up the workout intensity (rest for 20 secs instead of 40), change # of reps/sets. Eat 3 meals instead of 6 or vice versa, etc.

My humble opinion.. FORGET THE SCALE. At least for a while (Month or 2) and get back to a time when you had fun working out. The results will come. They never do as fast as we want, but those that stick with it and endure through the *kitten* times will receive big dividends. I've seen it happen a thousand times and we all…

Just tryin to help man.. Seems like you're not willing to be very receptive to it.. Regardless if you think it's bad.. Use Google. That's what it's there for. Do some reading. Like I said, you shouldn't even be touching the weights if you don't know what you are doing. Don't be so arrogant. Good luck with the fat loss…

You should probably get to know the details of weightlifting before you begin anyway right? You may just maximize your results when you know what you're doing. I only ask about your workout format because, and correct me if I'm wrong... 27 sets during your workout? That is crazy! If fat loss is your goal, then yes, lifting…

My .02. Listen to your body! The most important thing you can do to recovery quickly is to listen to your body. If you are feeling tired, sore or notice decreased performance you may need more recovery time or a break from training altogether. If you are feeling strong the day after a hard workout, you don't have to force…
