I started 3 weeks ago and I was 180. At least be 150 before I go I will be happy.

I'm 5'4 at 180 and want to be at least 140 then work my way to 130

I need some tips too. I had twins though and i weigh 130lbs and when i sit down it falls over the pants. so many people told me that i dont need to loose weight but im not happy. i know i need to do cardio and eat healthy but i just cant stick to it cause i feel like i cant loose it.

my biggest concern is my stomach. I had twins and thats where all of my weight is. To be honest im not even sure if its fat or skin. I beleive its fat and I really need help with that. It jus feels like crunaches aint doing it because i have so much there.

thanks! I just see it on covers of magazines and really wanted to know more about. Maybe atleast 2lbs a week would be better.
