Just got the book. Haven't started it yet because life is kind of crazy and wanted to see what it was all about before I started the plan.

Thanks. Yes I do bend at the waist, figured it would help abs somehow. Movement is movement even if my heart rate isn't up.:wink: Thanks for the jump rope idea not sure she is up for that yet, she is only 3. The whole riding her own bike is a great thing because it makes me walk. Slow pace but movement is movement.

I know it is playing with my daughter, duh! I'm a stay at home mom, its hard to fit in actual workouts. I have been trying to come up with exercises that involve my kids. Since she weighs so much I thought it might count as a strength training exercise of some sort.

I have found that doing a protein shake for breakfast helps. Low in calories and the protein helps me feel full. Then I do fresh fruit and veggies for snack. I keep veggies cut up in my fridge for a quick snack, and don't buy many high calorie snack foods. When I do go over my calorie limit I just do a little more…

Did you ever have anyone with joint pain use them and have them work? My mom has bursitis in her leg and can't take the treatments because they give her migraines. Didn't know if it was worth having her try them, or not.

You can add me. I am in the same boat, I still have baby weight to loose from my first one, and he is 6. Add what I gained with my second one and now I have over 100lbs to loose.

looking for ideas that are low fat and don't taste like it. My husband is not liking this trying new recipes thing. He does not like trying new foods, and detests broccoli. Won't even think of trying asparagus, and I am having a hard time making only 1 dinner.

Chocolate and any kind of soda. I have pretty much gave up the soda, except when eating out which is rare. As for chocolate, well its just safer not to have it in the house

I tried this site at the beginning of the year and lost some weight but life got in the way, and I gained it all back plus some. Now that its spring I am ready to try it again. Any and all support would be great. Thanks
