Great post. I'm not new to getting fit but I am new to MFP and this was helpful. I have to admit that even after 30+/- lbs lost in a year, I *Still* let myself get distracted by a gain. When the scale is up, I find myself getting a little depressed, a little panicky. But everything you said here is so true. I've done this…
