^ I SO Agree - I am down nearly 30 pounds in 3.5 months doing this same thing. I like a wide variety of foods, so I have plenty of options to choose from, thankfully. I can't stick with this change if I feel I'm depriving myself of something - so I don't deprive! I just make better choices. As I get closer to my goal…

I'm the same way - I think its just personal preference. Some people get nauseous working out on a full stomach, others get dizzy doing on an empty stomach. Me, a cup a Joe, then I hit the trail! :)
