It is on a flat, hard surface (my bathroom) and I do not move it and it does not get bumped. It has done this ever since I bought it and I paid about $30 for it at Target. I'm a little confused. You give the steps to cook (microwave) the shirataki noodles but right below that you say there is no need to cook them. Am I missing something here? I definitely am going to try these and thanks for all the information!

I'm confused about how many carbs per day is considered LOW. You say you try to keep yours at 105/day? I recently read that 20-50 is considered a low carb program - anything above that is considered high. Can you expand on this? Thanks!
