i use an hrm too. my calories are usually under by 100-150 from what the machine and mfp say. i've only ever been spot on with numbers once in a year since i've been using it!

so happy to hear someone else say this. i dont eat dinner until after i workout, and sometimes that's betwee 8-8:30pm. all i hear is how bad it is to eat that late, but i've been doing it and loosing weight, so how bad is it? it's not like i go to sleep afterward, i still have 900 things to do and don't get to bed until…

i can understand your point, but i think it has to do with how comfortable you are with the friend. i just introduced someone to the site and i'm happy to have her here, but some others i know i would be uncomfortable having on the site and following what i'm doing.

1) discipline to get myself to the gym 4-7 days a week 2) eating healthy foods at a proper calorie range 3) rewarding myself for my accomplishments

we had sausage and peppers - green and yellow peppers, onions, mrs dash garlic herb seasoning, crushed red pepper and perdue sweet turkey sausage with a side of mashed cauliflower. it was quite filling!

this is a great post. i had come across something similar last week and found my bmr is around 1700 and i've been eating 1200-1300 and burning 400-500 cal a day. well i started eating 1700-1800 and burning 400-500 cals and bingo dropped 4 lbs this week. there is so much more to eat 1200 cals and you'll loose weight - now…

i just had to chime in here - i'm actually a 2012 bride and i just started a 2012 bride bootcamp group on mfp. my thread was pretty much the same as this one, just thought it was funny :laugh: yay for bridesmaids, you ladies do so much, us brides would be lost without you!

i have a horrrrrible sweet tooth. i can skip right over the chips, bread and all of that other good stuff, but offer me dessert and it's all over lol i've been subsituting the good stuff for sugar free puddings, jello w/sugar free whip topping and fruit. so far so good!
