Ditto with the olive oil. Before MFP I used to bring salads for lunch. I thought I was being healthy, with 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil! I got caught up in the "it's a healthy fat" without paying attention to the calories.

Since I just had this AWESOME breakfast- oscar meyer center cut bacon- 3 slices for 70 calories!! one egg and 2 egg whites omelette with onion and spinach~ 150 calories IMO the center cut bacon tastes way better than turkey bacon. The whole meal is super filling and healthy!
