I was without internet for almost a week!... So my Friday weight was exactly the same :( 153 lbs (69.5 kg):ohwell: It wasn' t a good week! I know I cant make it till Cmas But I'll keep trying!

I in! I am in desperate need of motivation as I'm feeling that I am falling off the wagon... I log my weight every Monday but...I do weight every morning So today I was 69.5 kg (153 lbs) GW 65 kg (143 lbs)

I have NEVER exersised before in my life! Even during school (15 years ago!) I always found excuses to skip class! I ve been logging for 10 days and since day 2 I started exersising...6 days/week! I have never imagine I would ever do something like that...and it feels GREAT!

I think it's OK to have a "down" day...only then we apreciate the "up" days. Anyway you had a great loss and I think you should allow your self to have feelings for it... And I 'm really proud of you that you try not to "eat" the sadness away!

I had my baby girl in January and she gave me almost 20 kg (40lbs) as a present. Before I joined MFP I had already lost 12 kg (24 lbs) but I still have 8 to reach my prepregnant weight! So welcome to the site! U ll find great support here. Feel free to join me as your friend :flowerforyou:

Banana sandwich (all the kids I know love it) You spread a tbspoon of nutella on a bread roll (or any bread you like) plus some banana in slices. Depending the size... around 250-300 calories
