new & needing friends (:

I'm a sophomore in college and last year I started off doing colorguard but for the first time in years, I didn't do winterguard in the spring. So I was eating poorly like I always had and not exercising so I gained that awful college weight..
Now that football season is over with, I'm trying to eat healthy, exercise almost daily, and hopefully lose about 45-60lbs.
I have a workout partner right now but our schedules aren't going to be the same next semester so i could really use some support (:

Hi! Welcome! I really like this site! I joined a few weeks ago and it's kept me really focused and motivated (with the weekend exceptions when I hang out with friends and have a few drinks!). I'm so excited because all the calorie stuff is wayyy too much math for my brain, but this makes it soooo easy to check where I am in the day---so I know not to go over my intake...

I need to lose about 20 pounds and become more cardiovascularly fit. Baseball season is over (while it was fun drinking all that beer while watching the Giants make it to the World Series) it's time to get back to good...
