New To the Site- Need Help To Stay On Track!

I'm new to the MFP and I'm on a mission to make it to the end of my weight loss journey. I have a lot of weight to loss and I do like working out a lot. I got the weight lifting part down, but the eating is not down. I have decide to go with the clean eating plan. I need motivation to keep on track for this life changing plan.

    All I can suggest is not to change too much in one go. Still allow yourself treats but log everything and stay in calories. Cliche but... Moderation is the key and I believe the feeling of deprivation is what tends to make people fail.

    Another one...if you do have an oooopsie moment treat it as just that...a moment...don't turn it into an oooopsie day, week or month.

    10 weeks ago I started with 99lbs to lose,so only 8lbs less than your goal and today I have hit a quarter of the way goal with 26lbs gone. 99lbs to lose seemed an impossible dream so I've broken it down. First one was to just lose a pound, then to get over my first week, month etc. That 99lb isn't looking quite so impossible now.

    Thank you so much ladies.. this is hard, but I'm determine to make it to the end of my goal. I just saw a nutritionist and I have a plan now and this has really help me to gear my eating in the right direction. She is given a menu for the things I like to eat and that is just wanted I needed to have. We must do whatever works for us! Thanks again!
