Hey there! I'm looking for the same. I do a decent job meal planning, but suck at being consistent sticking to it and working out. I'd love to try a group to hold me accountable.

I had a pulmonary embolism back in Sept and have slowly been recovering. But... that lead to even more weight gain. Now I think my issues…

I feel ya. I'm struggling with this too. Sometimes I feel like I just don't care about the consequences and continue eating even though I know I need to stop. It feels so good in the moment but then it's like dang.... I'm even farther away from my goal. Wishing you peace and success!

Nice! Thank you!

Both I guess.

Hi! I'd love to have an accountability partner too! I was trying to attempt keto and I just can't do it right now. But low carb seems like a better option. I'd love to lose about 30 lbs but would be happy with just 10 for starters. :)

I'd love to be a part of a small group that helps hold each other accountable and are there for support. I'm 5'4" and have hit 180... my all time high. I feel absolutely horrible in my skin and, like JennyofAllTrade72, need to do something before this is my norm. My Dad died of a heart attack less than a year ago and I…

Hi! I'm actually wondering the opposite. I can see a summary of the meals that I've logged on MFP, but the exercise that was logged on the FitBit app doesn't seem to transfer over to MFP. I'm like you... I love using MFP so I hope that it integrates seamlessly.
